Chene Bleu Astralabe Blanc 2021

All of Chêne Bleu’s white wines are produced in tiny quantities, and Astralabe Blanc is a particularly small and exclusive release.

Tasting Note: 55% Grenache Blanc, 20% Rolle, 10% Clairette, 10% Roussanne, 5% Viognier. Pale yellow with lemon tints. Fresh, complex and aromatic nose with floral notes and hints of white peach. Full-bodied with refreshing acidity, notes of peach and white pears, rich mouth-feel. Finishes long and aromatic. A full-bodied, generous, fruity wine. Pairs perfectly with seasonal dishes (including fish, shellfish and white meat). Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine or mixed salads.
