“A fabulous effort the has finesse, elegance and texture, the 2015 Rosé from Chene Bleu sports a light pink color to go with perfumed notes of rose petals, framboise and strawberries. This seamless beauty can be enjoyed on its own, but it will pair beautifully with any number of dishes as well.” – Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
“Lightly, stonily red fruited. Lovely fragrance. With definite oak here. Certainly smells refined and sophisticated. Intense without being too fruity. It does seem to be carefully oaked, from the depth of texture as much as from the flavour. Dry, profound and long.” – Jancis Robinson
Tasting Note: 67% Grenache, 18% Syrah, 5% Cinsault, 5% Mourvèdre, 5% Rolle. Crystal-clear, pale rose pink. Strawberries and citrus on the nose, with hints of jasmine. Expressive with a full array of summer fruits. Fresh, full-bodied and fruity on the mid-palate, then finishing crisp, elegant and long, with a persistent silky texture. Very moreish. Only 2.7g/L of residual sugar.
