Tasting Note: This south-east facing, windswept terroir produces a wine of great freshness and very surprising minerality, which gives it very good persistence on the palate with iodized and saline notes. This wine cries out for oysters, a langoustine tartare, a sea bass sashimi. From 40-year-old vines on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, fermented and matured without sulphites.
