Hans Herzog Pinot Noir Grand Duc 2013
$85.00 inc. GST
“Rich, intense and appealing Pinot Noir with generous plum, raspberry, chocolate, mixed spice and liquorice flavours plus a solid influence of classy French oak. The texture is silky and sumptuous. Very impressive wine with the Hans Herzog signature of meticulous winemaking.” – Bob Campbell
Tasting Note: From the origins of the Herzog name itself, this regal Pinot Noir is aptly dubbed the ‘Grand Duc’. A gorgeous array of strawberry compote, smoky vanilla and rich nougat aromas cloak a mouth-watering palette of tart cherries and velvety soft tannins. Its ruby rich colour is complimented by a long, luscious finish, fit for any member of the monarch. Restrained, elegant and complex.
