Tasting Note: This Champagne is from the beautiful 2011 harvest of 75 year old vines. A single vineyard of the same name, this exceptional cuvée carries the moniker ‘Terres de Noël’. All year long Jean Milan cares for these vines to achieve a perfect expression of their fabulous Oger terroir. Chardonnay from this vineyard is carefully pressed and vinified to achieve a refined and racy champagne after years of ageing in the cellars. The inimitable style and rare personality of this Champagne is unequalled, with silky fine bubbles, delicate aromas and great length. Ideal as an aperitif where it displays minerality, finesse and exceptional complexity. 100% Chardonnay d’Oger – dry – residual sugar 6g/l
