Tasting Note: Three years on lees. An almost imperceptible pink tinge to the otherwise pale golden hue. A mesmerising nose of lemon curd, Pacific Rose apples and short crust pastry, plus a little crème brulée. This is a young vintage champagne, but the generous use of oak treatment has rounded out the tart acidity to give the palate breadth, generosity and depth of flavour. Precise on the palate, it has a lingering and deep toasty finish.
