Tasting Note: Two years on lees. A mesmerising nose of lemon curd, Pacific Rose apples and short crust pastry, plus a little crème brulée. This is a young vintage champagne, but the generous use of oak treatment has rounded out the tart acidity to give the palate breadth, generosity and depth of flavour. Precise on the palate, it has a lingering and deep toasty finish.
