Meyer-Nakel Fruhburgunder 2015

$69.90 inc. GST

Tasting Note: Due to its extremely low yields, this grape variety was almost entirely forgotten. Frühburgunder (Pinot Noir Précoce) is a version of its “big brother”, Pinot Noir. As the name suggests, this grape variety ripens two to three weeks earlier. The very small, thick skinned grapes produce fruity and full-bodied wines with an intense colour. Its velvety taste is characterised by a fine acidity and gentle, delicate tannins.
