Tasting Note: This Pinot Gris was hand harvested from our Plum Tree Block, destemmed and wild fermented on skins for 21 days. It was then pressed into a seasoned neutral puncheon where it was aged on full lees for 9 months prior to bottling. This full bodied Pinot Gris has a concentrated palate with stong flavours of peach and spice. A touch of tannin comes in leaving this wine with a serious finish but packed with personality.
