Tasting Notes: A bright and expressive Riesling with aromas of fresh apple, yellow grapefruit and white flowers, layered with a subtle flinty note. The palate is juicy and finely balanced, with lively acidity, ripe citrus fruit and a gently textured, refreshing finish.
Winemaking: Sourced from high-quality vineyard sites around Deidesheim, Forst and Ruppertsberg, including Reiterpfad, Kalkofen and Kieselberg. The wine is fermented spontaneously and matured partly in large oak barrels, adding depth and texture while preserving its vibrant Riesling character.
