Every wine in our range has been tasted and selected because it earns its place — because it comes from a producer who farms sustainably, makes decisions in the vineyard rather than the winery, and whose wines tell you something true about where they’re from. Biodynamic, organic, and natural — what’s the difference?

We get asked this a lot. Organic wine starts in the vineyard: no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilisers. Biodynamic wine goes further, treating the vineyard as a living ecosystem governed by natural rhythms — it’s the most rigorous certification in farming, and the wines often show it. Natural wine takes a minimal-intervention approach in the winery too: wild yeasts, no additives, unfined and unfiltered where possible. All three approaches share a philosophy: the best wine comes from the healthiest land.

Most of our producers work across more than one of these categories. What they have in common is that they’re small. Family estates, passionate individuals, vignerons who are still out in the vines themselves. Great little vineyards, in other words.
