Meltwater by Corofin Sauvignon Blanc 2025 gives Marlborough’s citrus and stone-fruit character a rounded, textured setting. Fruit from the Wairau and Omaka valleys produces a dry, lively wine with ripe flavour and a supple palate.
Winemaking Notes: Gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel are followed by extended time on lees through winter. This patient approach adds depth and texture while keeping the wine fresh and clearly defined.
