Compare skin-contact whites and pet-nat

Start with the way the wine is made. Sato Pinot Gris L’Atypique 2023 spent 29–36 days on skins and 14 months in French oak, according to its release notes. It offers a useful route into the texture of orange wine. For bubbles, Cullen Rose Moon Pet-Nat 2021 combines Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, with tropical-fruit, citrus and fresh-dough notes.
