Choosing organic wine
You’ll find organic bottles from Hans Herzog and Rock Ferry in Marlborough, Lethbridge in Australia, and a growing list of small international estates committed to farming with the land rather than against it. Choosing an organic red or white wine
For an organic red wine, start with the style you already enjoy and use the grape and region filters to compare this selection. The current range includes Pinot Noir, Syrah and blends, alongside Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and aromatic whites. A farming approach does not prescribe one flavour profile: the vineyard, grape and winemaking notes help explain the differences between bottles.
