Tasting Notes:
An expressive Pinot Gris with aromas of white blossom, fresh pear and apple, layered with subtle baking spice. The palate is textural and generous, showing notes of ripe orchard fruit and a gentle phenolic grip. Balanced by fresh acidity, with a long, refined finish.

Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from the Orchard Vineyard in Rapaura, the fruit is grown organically with a focus on soil health and vineyard expression. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the free-run juice is fermented in a mix of seasoned oak and stainless steel. A long, cool fermentation preserves aromatics, followed by time on lees to build texture and integration before bottling.
