Choosing Rock Ferry wines
Compare regions and wine styles
Start with the style you want to serve. The selection includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, alongside varieties such as Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner. Check the vineyard and region in each product’s notes: the producer name alone does not tell you where every bottle’s grapes were grown.
For sparkling wine, compare the individually labelled Brut Rosé, Blanc de Blancs and Pinot Blanc Brut releases, or explore the wider Champagne & Sparkling Wine collection. The bottle names and winemaking notes help distinguish these styles from the still wines.
The two Riesling styles offer another useful comparison. The product notes describe Trig Hill Riesling 2015 as dry, while the Late Harvest Riesling 2018 is a sweet wine in a 375ml bottle. Use the specific release notes to guide your choice, and explore our dessert and late-harvest wines for other options. Older vintages should be assessed individually; ask the GLV team if you would like help choosing.
