Sourced entirely from Cullen’s biodynamically farmed estate vineyard in Wilyabrup, with fruit hand harvested over multiple picking dates to capture optimum balance and complexity. Fermented naturally with extended time on skins before maturation in French oak, bringing structure and integration while preserving purity of fruit. Crafted with minimal intervention and an unwavering focus on vineyard expression.
