Tasting Note: 2023 vintage saw a cold and wet growing season October, November, December, followed by a dry and hot January February, March. It was harvested from 100% biodynamic certified fruit ,on a biodynamic new moon flower day and fruit day and left on skins 22 days. It has been fermented naturally with no added yeast or tannin and acid. A pure example of Malbec variety. Deep purple, inky deep. Astonishing fresh aromas of flowers, rose, violets, with pomegranate, cherry, blackberry, ironstone. Soft silky tannins and rich jube blackcurrant flavours, laced with basil, thyme, and velvety dark chocolate. Dense juicy fruit and delicious finish.
