Tasting Note: Chiroubles AOP is the highest-elevation cru in Beaujolais, with vines planted on steep slopes often on an incline of 30%. Cherry-red in colour with great vibrancy, this 2020 Chiroubles has a delicate nose with hints of strawberry, spice and mineral undertones. On the palate it is broad and generous, with round and well-integrated tannin structure.
