Tasting Notes: A fresh and harmonious Italian white with a pale straw-yellow colour and subtle greenish reflections. Delicate aromas of white fruit and light floral notes lead into a medium-bodied palate with bright freshness and a gently almond-like finish characteristic of Garganega.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested in late September, destemmed and softly pressed using a membrane press. Fermentation takes place without skins at a controlled temperature of 14–16°C. The wine undergoes protein and tartaric stabilisation before ageing in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and varietal character.
