Tasting Note:
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is lifted and expressive, showing white flowers, citrus and a gentle spice note of ginger. The palate is dry and mineral, with vibrant acidity carrying flavours of mandarin peel and a subtle anise note through to a long, precise finish.
Winemaking Notes:
Harvested on 11 May 2020, this Riesling is made in a fresh, mineral style that highlights purity and tension. A small amount of residual sugar (11 g/L) balances the naturally high acidity, giving lift and precision to the palate while maintaining a dry, focused feel. Production is limited to just 220 cases.
