Tasting Note: Our new unique release of 100% Tannat vintage. Nose: Intense white pepper and initial red fruits, rich tannins and strong dried fruit with a heavy prune dominating on the palate with concentrated lengthy finish. Hand harvested with a small volume, only 4 weeks ferment on skins where it has been hand plunged.
