Tasting Note: Our 2017 Mead was made from a subtle blend of organic Vermentino and Chambourcin grapes, our Muriwai Beach coastal bush honey and select organic fruits, slowly fermented for over 3 months and finished with a touch of French brandy. Similar to a medium sherry in sweetness, it is mouth-filling and delicious, drinking beautifully with cheese or just on its own.
