This wine continues to go from strength to strength each year, capturing that beautiful dance between vintage expression and bespoke identity. It’s a joy to work with this fruit and as a winemaker it’s such a privilege when the relationship feels like breathing, it’s a gift. 2,250 litres in total, handpicked, aged in large format old French oak, wild fermentation, Biodynamic farmed fruit, unfined and unfiltered, 100-150 year old vines.
