Tasting Note: Fresh and crisp lemon aromatics with reflections of peach and apple. A young and lively, moreish style of Chardonnay, with subtle vanilla and honeysuckle hints. Enjoy now, or cellar for a couple of years.
Winemaking Notes: Harvested 16th and 21st March 2022, bottled 10th February 2023. 100% Chardonnay, hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented in French Oak barriques with occasional battonage.
