Tasting Notes:
An expressive Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of lime, grapefruit and subtle tropical fruit, lifted by flinty mineral notes. The palate is bright and refreshing, with citrus-driven flavours balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of herbal complexity. Clean and vibrant, finishing crisp with a gentle hint of spice.

Winemaking Notes:
From Wairarapa, the 2024 vintage saw reduced yields due to cool, damp flowering conditions, followed by an excellent growing season that delivered concentrated, high-quality fruit. The grapes were destemmed and given a short period of skin contact before fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and French oak. This approach builds texture while preserving freshness and varietal purity.
