Tasting Note: Paradiesgarten is located on top of the slope right underneath the forest, growth on sandstone and is our coolest, nest and most elegant site. Spontaneous fermentation in 500L barrels, left on the gross lees for 12 months, it has a silky texture but a firm structure and great length.
