Perfect for any occasion, from casual BBQs to dinner parties. It’s youthful, energetic, and always the life of the party.
Winemaking Notes: Picked, destemmed and sorted into stainless steel open fermenters. Wild fermentation, gentle maceration on skins for 15 days. Matured on lees in old French oak puncheons and foudre for a total of 11 months. Bottled February 2025.
