Tasting Notes:
A powerful and expressive Châteauneuf-du-Pape with aromas of dark cherry, plum and violet, layered with notes of tobacco, liquorice and subtle spice. The palate is full and velvety, with concentrated black fruit supported by fine, structured tannins. Rich and layered, finishing long with hints of chocolate and savoury complexity.
Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from old-vine Grenache grown on the classic galet-strewn terraces of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, alongside Syrah and Mourvèdre. Hand harvested and carefully sorted, the fruit is partially destemmed and vinified by gravity in concrete vats. Long maceration with gentle extraction builds both structure and finesse. Aged for around 15 months in a combination of barrels and large-format oak, then bottled without fining or filtration to preserve purity and depth.
