Tasting Note:
Named for Aliot de Montvin, an artisan glassblower of noble birth who established a workshop on the estate in 1427, this is a Roussanne-led blend that captures both history and precision.
A blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Marsanne and Rolle, the wine is fermented and matured in oak, building layers of richness and complexity. Aromas of ripe white fruits, toasted vanilla and hazelnut unfold alongside hints of brioche, leading into a palate that is both textured and fresh. Buttery notes and orchard fruit are carried by a line of natural acidity and a subtle saline edge, giving balance and length.
A structured and age-worthy Rhône white, offering both depth and finesse, shaped by the estate’s high-altitude vineyards. Drinking beautifully now, with further potential to evolve over the next 5–6 years.

Well suited to poultry, pâté, white fish in cream-based sauces, seafood tartare or richer shellfish dishes.
