A refined and layered Chardonnay with aromas of citrus, white peach and nectarine, complemented by subtle notes of hazelnut, flint and gentle oak spice. The palate is precise and textural, with stone fruit and citrus framed by bright acidity and a mineral edge. Complex and poised, with a long, elegant finish.
Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Margaret River, the fruit is hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed. Fermented with natural yeasts in French oak, followed by maturation on lees to build texture and complexity. A low-intervention approach preserves purity and site expression while integrating oak seamlessly.
