Tasting Note: Complex nose of red apple, nectarine, ginger and citrus peel. A rich and lively palate, aromas of stone fruit and crystallised ginger in an opulent finish. Harvested 23rd April 2023. 6g/l residual sugar, 3.32pH. 150 cases total production.
