Tasting Notes:
A bright, fruit-forward Merlot with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and soft florals. The palate is fresh and supple, with juicy red fruit, gentle tannins and a lively line of acidity. Light in style, finishing crisp and highly drinkable.

Winemaking Notes:
Grown on Waiheke Island and harvested in the cool of the morning to retain freshness, the fruit is handled in two portions. One is destemmed and cold soaked to build colour and flavour, while the other undergoes whole bunch carbonic maceration. A cool, natural fermentation follows, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-driven style with minimal intervention.
