Winemaking Notes: Spirit of Marlborough is Hans Herzog’s flagship red blend, crafted from organically grown fruit and made with a focus on depth, texture and longevity. The wine is matured in French oak before bottling unfined and unfiltered, allowing the character of the vineyard and vintage to remain fully expressed.
