A vibrant and finely structured Aglianico with aromas of blueberry, red plum and perfumed spice. The palate is full of flavour yet restrained, with fresh dark fruit supported by firm, finely grained tannins and lively acidity. Balanced and poised, with a lifted, savoury finish and excellent tension.
Winemaking Notes:
Inspired by traditional methods, this wine is crafted in handmade Tuscan amphora to preserve purity and varietal expression. Fermented and rested in 800L amphora, the absence of oak allows fresh fruit, structure and natural vibrancy to come to the fore. A thoughtful balance of tradition and experimentation results in a wine of clarity and energy.
