Tasting Note: Chambourcin is a rare, but famous, French-American hybrid ‘teinturier’ grape, meaning its juice is red-hued, while most red grapes produce clear liquid, with the colour coming only from the skins. Produced organically with no added sulphites. Vegan-friendly.
