Tasting Note: Entirely made from Petit Manseng and harvested late (between the end of October and the middle of November) then fermented 66% in new barrels for 14 months. This is rich, entirely hedonistic dessert wine with seductive aromas of honeysuckle, mandarin peel and exotic spices. The texture on the front palate is velvety, then lingeringly crisp and fresh on the back.
