Tasting Note: The most classic Providence of the five library releases, the 1996 shows off the most umami, tea-leaf and rose petal-inflected notes that have since become hallmarks for Jim Vuletic’s wines regardless of vintage. The palate is well into secondary, yet open and well-structured, with floral flashes amongst the chewy, savoury tannins supported by good acidity.
