A refined and expressive Bordeaux-style blend showing aromas of blackcurrant, plum and dried herbs, layered with notes of cedar, graphite and subtle earth. The palate is concentrated yet poised, with dark berry fruit supported by fine, polished tannins and fresh acidity. Structured and harmonious, with a long, savoury finish and excellent ageing potential.
Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from estate-grown vineyards in Clevedon, the 2020 vintage benefited from warm, dry conditions, allowing for even ripening and excellent flavour development. The fruit is carefully selected and handled with a gentle, low-intervention approach. Matured in French oak barriques to build complexity and structure while preserving balance and site expression.
