Tasting Note: “This is the first year I have stepped out of Geelong to find Riesling fruit. It seems to be that Riesling is a hard grape to come by these days, especially in my home GI. Until I can grow a large enough crop of my own in Torquay, I have decided to venture out to the Granitic climbs of Mount Alexander. The weather definitely threw some challenges my way, but this Riesling was a great example of what lower alcohol and high acidity in a cool vintage can embody. Think bright citrus, minerality and boniness, with a familiar cuddle.” – Sierra Reed
