Reed Reserve Grenache 2022

$139.00 inc. GST

Tasting Note: “As I begin to fine tune my craft and dive into the world of making ‘reserve’ wines, I constantly ask myself, “what does that mean to me?” For each wine, it’s different and there is no recipe. It’s the ability to witness something and capture it in each vintage, what makes it special to that moment, parcel and place. For this wine, it was a few rows hidden amongst Cinsault and not far from the red-fruited Grenache that I have been getting since 2017. I’ve had my eye on them for some time, because I knew it would be a different beast. Small berries with tiny clusters and concentrated purple fruits, it was fermented on skins for a month and agree in old French oak for a year. The proof of these rows now lives in this bottle.” – Sierra Reed
