Winemaking Notes: Domain Road Vineyard. Soil: Clay loam from the remain of an ancient lake. Viticulture: No pesticides, herbicides, systemic fungicides or inorganic fertilisers used. Harvest: Hand picked. 2 April 2024. Vinification: 25 days on skins. No additives except for <15 g/L sulphites before bottling. Maturation: 11 months in French oak barrels. 17% new oak. Bottled: April 2025 without fining or filtration. 3800 bottles produced.
