Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from Wairarapa, a portion of the wine is barrel fermented to enhance texture and complexity, while the remainder is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. This balanced approach results in a Sauvignon Blanc with both vibrancy and structure.
