Tasting Note: Bright citrus, white florals and green apple on the nose, with a gentle lift of mandarin and stone fruit. The palate is pure and finely balanced, showing a lightly off-dry style with crisp acidity carrying the fruit through to a clean, refreshing finish. Delicate, precise and quietly expressive, with good length and a fine mineral edge.
Winemaking Notes: 100% Riesling, harvested on 8th April at 22.7 Brix. Fermented in stainless steel tank under temperature control. No oak, no malolactic fermentation and no whole cluster fermentation. Fermentation was stopped at 21g/L residual sugar, giving a finely balanced off-dry expression with freshness and clarity.
