The palate is light and energetic, showing citrus and nectarine with a fine mineral thread. Off-dry in style, with bright acidity and a long, mouth-watering finish driven by its limestone origin.
Winemaking Notes:
Sourced from Grant’s Road in the Waitaki Valley, grown on limestone-rich soils in a cool, maritime-influenced climate. The 2025 vintage was harvested across multiple passes to capture optimal balance and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve purity and aromatic intensity, resulting in a focused and expressive style with excellent ageing potential.
