Tasting Note: MarMar is a selection of the few best barrels out of a cool parcel within Ungeheuer, which has the highest amount of limestone in the soil. The wine is concentrated and intense with smoky citrus aroma and an incredible length. Not a classic Riesling, but a wine one has to taste! Spontanenous fermentation in 500L barrels, left on the gross lees for 24 months. Dry – 5.5g/l residual sugar.
