Tasting Notes: A vibrant and deeply drinkable Dolcetto with a bright ruby-red colour. The nose is expressive and inviting, with lifted floral notes, ripe red berries and darker forest fruits. Dry, smooth and fresh on the palate, with supple tannins and lively acidity giving the wine excellent definition and balance.
Winemaking: Produced from a single south-east-facing vineyard planted with vines over 30 years old. The wine is fermented in stainless steel for five to six days before ageing in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its freshness, fruit character and varietal purity. It is bottled in the August following harvest.
