Tasting Notes: A beautifully detailed Right Bank Bordeaux with lifted dark cherry, cassis, plum and wild berry fruit, layered with violet, graphite, fine spice and a subtle earthy minerality. The palate is pure and finely structured, with silky tannins, bright freshness and a long, elegant finish.
Winemaking: Produced by the Amoreau family, also behind Château Le Puy, from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards just south of Saint-Émilion. The wine is made with a low-intervention approach, using spontaneous fermentation, gravity movement and long ageing, with no fining or filtration.
Certification: Organic and biodynamic practices.
Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
