Tasting Note:
A rich and generous Veneto red made using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate flavour and texture. Ruby red with garnet hints, offering aromas of ripe dark fruit, sweet spice and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and rounded, with soft tannins, warming fruit depth and a long, gently spiced finish.

Perfect with slow-cooked meats, rich pasta dishes, roasted vegetables and aged cheeses.
