Domìni Veneti Marco Polo Corvina Rosso Veronese IGT 2023

Tasting Notes: A soft and generous expression of Corvina with a bright ruby-red colour and subtle garnet reflections. The nose is warmly spiced, with notes of ripe cherry, black cherry and a delicate hint of vanilla. Rounded and harmonious on the palate, with supple tannins, a smooth texture and a long finish marked by lingering spice.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand during the second half of September, before being destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by natural stabilisation and ageing in steel to preserve the wine’s freshness, fruit character and varietal expression.
